Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on farewellservice.com, operated by JY Concepts.
The short version
We don’t use cookies for advertising or tracking. Our visit statistics are cookie-free. The only things stored in your browser are your plan and its photo, so the planner remembers them, and short-lived data our security provider may need.
What’s used right now
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Type | How long |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| fs-plan-v1 | Farewell Service | Your plan: the order of service, choices, names and words you typed | Local storage (functional) | Until you clear it |
| fs-photo | Farewell Service | The cover photo you added, shrunk by your browser | Local storage (functional) | Until you clear it |
| Web Analytics | Cloudflare | Counts page views without identifying you | No cookies | n/a |
| Security data (for example __cf_bm) | Cloudflare | Protects the Site from bots and attacks | Strictly necessary | Up to 30 minutes |
Strictly necessary items don’t need consent, because the Site can’t be protected without them. Nothing in local storage is sent to us.
Managing storage
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. The Site will still work, but the planner won’t remember your plan between visits.
